This funny ashtray is designed to look like a real pair of lungs.  As you place a cigarette on the trough, the ashtray starts coughing!
This is a great novelty item for anyone trying to give up or unrepentant smokers, if nothing else, there's a certain sadistic pleasure in watching them think they're going crazy as their ashtray splutters away.
